We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery within South Africa is estimated at 3–7 business days.
Customised, special-order, or private label products may take longer and estimated delivery times will be communicated where applicable.
Glow Contour works with trusted fulfilment and courier partners to process and deliver orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability, courier performance, destination, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for all orders once they have been shipped. Customers will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or other available communication methods where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
Glow Contour cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Glow Contour is not liable for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.
