RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Glow Contour, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing an order.


Exchanges Only


Due to the nature of our products and supplier fulfilment process, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.


We only offer exchanges under the following circumstances:


• The item arrives damaged or defective


• You receive the incorrect item


• You receive the incorrect size or variant


Exchange Eligibility


To qualify for an exchange:


• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order


• The item must be unused


• The item must be returned in its original packaging


• The item must be in resaleable condition


• Proof of purchase must be provided


How to Request an Exchange


To request an exchange, please contact us at:

Please include:


• Your order number


• A description of the issue


• Clear photographs showing the item and any damage, defect, or incorrect item received


• Clear photographs of the packaging


Do not return any item without first contacting us.


Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was caused by Glow Contour or the supplier.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Exchangeable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for:


• Opened or used skincare products


• Opened or used beauty products


• Personal care products that have been opened


• Sale or clearance items


• Gift cards


• Custom or personalised products


Refunds


Refunds are not offered once an order has been placed.


Approved exchange requests will be processed in accordance with our supplier’s exchange procedures.
